The JS-4000S Automatic bottle blowing machine is a state-of-the-art solution designed to meet the demands of modern beverage manufacturing. The advanced Automatic bottle blowing machine is equipped with a mold opening stroke of 130 mm and can handle bottles with a maximum neck size of 40 mm, diameter of 105 mm, and height of 350 mm.
In addition to its impressive capabilities, the JS-4000S Automatic bottle blowing machine is designed with energy efficiency in mind. It features an installed power of 103 Kw and a maximum heating power of 94 Kw, ensuring optimal performance while reducing energy consumption. The operating air pressure of 8 Kg/cm2 and blowing air pressure of 35 KG/cm2 guarantee precise bottle formation. The advanced Automatic bottle blowing machine also includes a cooling water system that maintains a temperature of 10-20°C and a flow of 100 liters/min, ensuring continuous operation. With dimensions of 3.92.12.2 meters and a weight of 4.6 tons, this machine is compact and easy to integrate into existing production lines.
